By booking an event, entering the facility, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Reservations & Payments

- All event retainers are non-refundable.

- All payments made to Party on Main Zelie are non-refundable but may be refunded at our discretion.

- Online booking does not guarantee your reservation until confirmed by staff.

- Unpaid invoices may result in cancellation.

 

Cancellations

- Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.

- Payments remain non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours.

- We reserve the right to cancel events that violate facility rules or state laws.

 

Facility Rules

Guests must comply with:

- No illegal activity

- No underage drinking

- No smoking or vaping indoors

- No excessive mess or destruction

 

Violations may result in:

- Termination of event

- Removal from premises

- Additional fees

 

Damage & Liability

- The booking party is financially responsible for property damage.

- Damages will be billed to the card on file.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Alcohol & Safety

- The booking party assumes full responsibility for alcohol compliance.

- We do not provide alcohol services and are not liable for alcohol-related incidents.

- Underage drinking or unsafe behavior may result in removal.

 

Event Conduct

The booking party agrees:

- Guests will behave respectfully

- Capacity limits will be followed

- All minors are supervised

 

Right to Refuse or Cancel Events

We may:

- Refuse service

- Cancel events due to violations or safety concerns

- Remove unsafe guests

- Require additional security for certain events

 

No refunds are issued for cancellations due to rule violations.

 

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By entering the facility, you release Party on Main Zelie from liability regarding:

- Accidents or injuries

- Alcohol-related incidents

- Property loss

- Guest misconduct

- Legal violations

 

Photography & Media

We may capture images of the space for marketing but will not publish identifiable images of guests without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
