A Luxury Space to Host Your Private Event in Downtown Zelienople
The Main
Our primary event space can host 80 of your closest friends and family. With 3 entrances: one that leads from the parking and reception area, one from the front of the building off Main St. and then our large glass garage style door great for loading and unloading rental items and decor.
This space has a modern industrial feel with a mix of textures. The walls are finished in a deep matte black and white which compliment the hand-marbled. flooring. We did this so that every event theme would have a place to be celebrated.
Overhead, angular linear light fixtures hang from a white acoustic ceiling. With the high ceilings, you're able to be in a space that will never feel crammed. Plenty of natural light comes in from the tall, floor to ceiling windows.

Reception
Our reception space can be utilized for the perfect waiting area as your guests arrive. With spacious seating and the same level of luxury as the main event space, loved ones can feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.
The space also features two large TV's that can be added onto your rental and can showcase a slideshow of images, different music, welcome sign, etc.
Kitchen
The kitchen is perfect for storing or preparing food and includes a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and counter/prep space.
Restrooms
Restrooms and water fountains are located across the hall from the kitchen and in close vicinity to the main party area. They are ADA compliant and spacious for families.
